Jim Adams – Split squat jumps

Jim Adams training in Murrieta, CA at Icon Sports Alliance.  Charles Dao runs a performance studio working with athletes wanting to increase their sports performance.  Charles really knows how to train a body for increased power output.  I’ve been training with Charles for almost three years.  Charles has helped me run faster, jump higher, and kick a football much farther.

Here, I’m performing split squat jumps for 45 seconds.  This is very much an full body workout.  All the exercises I do with Charles are designed to help me increase my power output.  My goal is to dunk a tennis ball on a regulation 10 foot basketball hoop.
