Jim Adams in Murrieta, CA working out at Icon Sports Performance with trainer Charles Dao – August 25, 2009. Charles introduced me to freedom jumps with plyo push ups. This tired me out very quickly. I was able to do 8 full repititions. One rep included a jump about 12 inches, then one pull up on each side of the bar, then drop for a plyo push up. That’s one rep. Full body exhaustion with my biceps really getting smoked.
